Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum


• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and encourages student participation


• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic and personal growth


• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to ensure the overall well-being and success of students


• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay abreast of educational best practices

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent


• Experience working with KS1 students is desirable but not essential


• Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the development of young learners


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills


• Commitment to creating a positive and stimulating learning environment
