Pay rate:  £95 - £105 per day

Your Role:

• Assist in delivering engaging and interactive lessons that support the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring they receive personalized attention.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and encouraged.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers and staff to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with young learners and supporting their educational journey.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role or educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
