Teaching Assistant (SEND) - KS1 - Primary School in Stalybridge

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant with experience in SEND? A welcoming Primary School in Stalybridge is looking for a caring individual to provide 1:1 support for a KS1 child with global developmental delay who is non-verbal. This is a full-time, long-term role.

About the Role:

• Support a KS1 child, ensuring they can engage with the curriculum and classroom activities.
• Create a nurturing, positive environment to help the child thrive.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with SEND, particularly supporting children with developmental and communication needs.
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
