Teaching Assistant - KS1 - Primary School in Dukinfield, Tameside

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for working with children?

We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Dukinfield, Tameside. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in KS1 classes, supporting the class teacher and pupils to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons in KS1.
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to children, including those with additional needs.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Helping to prepare and organise classroom resources and activities.

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
• Previous experience working in a primary school, particularly in KS1.
• A caring, proactive, and positive approach to supporting young learners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
