KS1 Teaching Assistant

\nHours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 3:30
\nSalary: £80- £100 per day
\nStart date: ASAP
\nMonarch education, part of affinity workforce, are working closely with a primary school in Water Orton, B46, who requires a Teaching Assistant in their year 2 class- there is a little girl within the class with Downs Syndrome so experience would be an advantage.
\nThis is role is full time, Mon - Fri to start ASAP for the full academic year.
\nThey wish to appoint an individual with a calming and nurturing nature with extent experience working with children or adults with downs syndrome, this could be in the care or education sector, you do not need to be qualified but any transferable skills or qualifications relatable would be admirable.
\nThe perfect candidate must be positive and passionate individual, willing to motivate and inspire the younger generation, always going the extra mile and being committed to their wellbeing and development. You will need to be flexible to the needs of the children and have a good understanding of child development and the learning process, you will need to be alert and proactive to do this role.
