KS2 Teacher Required for September

We at academics are currently looking to recruit a qualified and experienced KS2 teacher to look after a year 5 class at a school in portsmouth.

The right candidate must have high expectations of all students and be able to deliver outstanding and engaging lessons. The School are looking for a dynamic teacher to join an outstanding Science department. The position will commence in September and run to the end of the academic year. If you are looking for a new challenge and have a genuine passion for your subject then this could the right role for you.
The successful candidate will be able to:
* Mark work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of pupils' progress and development.
* Preparing pupils for qualifications and external examinations.
* Attendance at staff, department, team meetings and parents' consultation meetings.
* Participation in examination arrangements.
* Perform any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Head Teacher or Head of department.
The role is subject to following criteria:
* Must hold QTS
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Experience Teaching in Primary education
* You need to supply two years of references of which at least one must be from a school setting
* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure and overseas police checks
