We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced KS2 Teacher to join their enthusiastic team.

Job Description:

As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in Key Stage 2. You will inspire and motivate students to achieve their best, providing a supportive and engaging classroom environment that fosters academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 2.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and setting targets for improvement.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes a love for learning and respects each child's individuality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students' learning and development.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' progress and contribute to the writing of reports and assessments.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
  • Experience: Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the national curriculum and best practices in teaching and assessment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and effective classroom management techniques.
  • Attributes: Passionate about education, patient, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development.
  • Compliance: Enhanced DBS check and references.
