Key Responsibilities of a KS2 Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students
Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning and growth
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices
Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress
Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and continuous professional development opportunities
Requirements of a KS2 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students
In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum
Strong communication and organisational skills
A commitment to creating an inclusive classroom that values diversity
Enthusiasm for inspiring young minds and fostering a love for learning
