We are a well-established primary school in the Hertfordshire area, focused on providing an outstanding learning experience for students in Key Stage 2. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to support our team and inspire the next generation of learners.
The Role:
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will take responsibility for teaching and developing the academic abilities of students, ensuring their continued growth and progress. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, manage classroom behavior, and collaborate with colleagues to meet the diverse needs of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons based on the National Curriculum.
- Assess and track student progress to ensure that all children achieve their potential.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and parents to support the needs of all students.
- Provide pastoral support to students and promote their personal development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (preferred).
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
- Commitment to supporting the academic and emotional development of children.
