About the role

We are seeking a confident Primary Teacher who excels in delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum. The school is looking for an engaging and creative educator who is passionate about fostering a love for learning and is eager to contribute to a journey of excellence in the heart of Lincoln. The ideal candidate will either be an experienced KS2 teacher or an enthusiastic early career teacher with a strong commitment to classroom management. A kind and patient demeanor is essential. Additionally, the right candidate will have a genuine passion for learning and a willingness to adapt to the school's policies.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of KS2 Teacher you will:

• Have experience teaching Upper Key Stage Two (KS2)
• Have a genuine passion for education and learning

• Be willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.
• Have knowledge of behaviour management strategies and the ability to implement them consistently to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Familiarity with and commitment to the teaching standards and professional code of conduct.
• Be flexible and adaptable to work in different classrooms or with different students as required. Demonstrate the ability to adjust teaching approaches and strategies to meet individual student needs.

• Be confident in delivering lessons to 30 students.
