KS2 Teaching Assistant - Hounslow -Immediate Start

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a school in the Hounslow area. The successful candidate will support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education and care to our students. This role involves working closely with children aged 7-11, assisting with classroom activities, small group interventions in English & Maths and providing one-on-one support where needed. This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4pm, immediate start, prior experience working with children in the UK preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Support students with their learning, both in groups and individually.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
• Provide support during school trips and extracurricular activities.
• Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in Key Stage 2 or Key Stage 3
• Must hold Maths & English GCSE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have or Willing to obtain a Child Only DBS
• Live local to Hounslow or within a commutable distance
