Reporting to our OD Manager and working as part of a proactive team of L&D Leads, HR Business Partners and a trainer, you will be an enthusiastic and motivated team player with a passion for learning and development and its transformational potential. Youll also have a real passion for technology: - its use in learning and development delivery in general and designing and delivering resources for the rollout of new systems, as well as ongoing refresher and review to support process improvement.
You will contribute to the development and delivery of engaging, innovative learning solutions which meet the needs of our diverse teams, helping to create the right culture and environment within which colleagues can learn and grow. In addition to supporting training needs analysis, you will have a strong focus on continuous improvement and will evaluate the success of training interventions, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of the business and colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
To balance the skills of our team, ideally you will be an experienced systems trainer and be confident in creating engaging e-learning content, preferably with experience using Articulate. We are in the process of reviewing our current learner management system, which may lead to new system implementation involving data transfer and setup and you would be pivotal in this and the ongoing management of the system.
