Position: Level 2 Support Engineer - Microsoft 365 Overview: We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Support Engineer to join our team at a Microsoft Gold Certified company. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and resolving escalated issues related to Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in troubleshooting, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services. Responsibilities: Advanced Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services. Collaborate with Level 1 support and other teams to provide timely solutions. Administration and Configuration: Administer and configure Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Implement security policies and compliance measures within Microsoft 365. End-User Support: Provide expert support to end-users, ensuring a positive experience with Microsoft 365 applications. Conduct training sessions to enhance end-users' proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of support processes, issue resolutions, and best practices. Contribute to the knowledge base for Level 1 support. Collaboration with Microsoft: Interface with Microsoft support for advanced issue resolution and product insights. Stay informed about Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Level 2 Support Engineer with a focus on Microsoft 365. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Familiarity with security measures and compliance standards within Microsoft 365.
