Laboratory Manager

We are currently looking for a Laboratory Manager to join our friendly team based at our site in Wolverhampton.

Main Responsibilities
As a Laboratory Manager , you will establish the new Technical Centre at Hilton Main as a fully functioning and productive service to the business. You will manage and develop the technical team, work on facility management and manage the technical centre laboratory; providing a high level of customer service.
On a day to day basis, the duties and responsibilities of the Laboratory Manager , will include (not exhaustive)
Working closely with the Regional and Area Technical Managers and their teams to ensure a positive interaction for mutual benefit, optimising identification, development and utilisation of technical innovation
Providing multi-discipline technical training to the business
Identifying future testing requirements; planning/resourcing/actioning accordingly
