Connect Appointments have a new opportunity in East Kilbride for Labourers.

This is a full-time temporary-to-permanent position:

\n

\n
• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:20am to 4:20pm - with an early finish on Friday
\n
• £11.50 per hour
\n

\n

Working as a Labourer, your duties will include:

\n

\n
• Maintaining daily work records
\n
• Laying out components for assembly manufacturing operations
\n
• Communicating assembly productivity to the line manager
\n
• Assisting the team with general maintenance and perform labouring duties as required.
\n
• Assisting with heavy lifting, loading and unloading materials
\n
• Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures and rules and to raise any issues to your line manager should any arise.
\n

\n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role or other fast-paced environment, combined with:

\n

\n
• Previous experience basic hand tools
\n
• Manual Handling
\n
• Team Player
\n
• Strong organisational skills
\n
