Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.


• Assist skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing support wherever necessary.


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.


• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, following all safety protocols.


• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute positively to team efforts.


• Participate in site meetings and training sessions as required.

Skills

• Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks effectively.


• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.


• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites is advantageous.


• Willingness to learn new skills and take on varied responsibilities.


• Previous experience in a labouring role is beneficial but not essential.
