Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a Labourer for a social housing organisation on an ongoing basis.

The Labourer will assist in the cleaning and clearing of void properties

Duties of the Labourer:

• Applying mould and low-level damp treatments
• Removing defective decoration damage by mould
• Assist with the removal of household goods and personal effects following a customer's tenancy coming to an end
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within the homes you are responsible for; making sure they meet health & safety requirements and are left in a suitable state for trade operatives
• Change locks & fit key safes' making sure the home is secure
• Clear & tidy the gardens and external spaces, outside of the homes e.g. strimming, cutting grass, hedge cutting, removing rubble, filling ponds & levelling soil
• Removing any items left within the home and making sure that they are disposed of correctly following health and safety guidance

Requirements of the Labourer:

• Experience completing the above duties
• Full UK driver's license
