Job Title: Land Agent Location: Northern Ireland / Republic of Ireland Full Time or Part Time: Full Time Salary: Competitive Directorate: Land Referencing / Land Access Company Overview: Ardent is the UK s leading provider of land, consent management and stakeholder engagement services to support major infrastructure and regeneration projects from concept to delivery. We are currently expanding our presence in Ireland and we are looking for people with experience delivering land services for a number of new roles which include: Land Referencers Land Access Consultant Land Officer Surveyors Senior Surveyors Principal Surveyors Duties involve but not limited to: Working to support our teams in the delivery of land access including landowner and stakeholder engagement regarding Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO) General Vesting Declaration (GVD) and Development Consent Orders (DCO), Identifying landowners, land agents and legal representatives, planning authorities and research of Registers of Republic of Ireland. Engagement with landowners and other parties who have an interest in the land. Securing access to land for surveys. Play a major role in Ardents Land Access directorate, working on NSIP s within Ireland and be part of our continued growth and success. Knowledge / experience required: Experience within delivering land services such as land referencing, survey access, stakeholder and landowner engagement. Knowledge of Irelands statutory consents requirements such as DCO, CPO. Good communication and organisational skills. Good attention to detail. Stakeholder engagement experience. Enthusiastic and driven. Technically focused. Commercially aware, working within budget and playing an integral part of driving outcomes as part of Ardents business plans. Full driving license.
