Land ManagerLocation: Central London (Hybrid)Salary: DOEResponsibilities: Reports directly to the Head of Land.Manages the progression of new grid opportunities from initial concept to legal completion.Develops key relationships with landowners and facilitates the completion of land transactions for projects.Reviews documents related to land ownership and tenancy.Coordinates and conducts site visits.Cultivates and sustains strong relationships with landowners.Negotiates heads-of-terms for lease options, purchase options, easements, wayleaves, and Agricultural Holdings Act (AHA) surrender agreements.Works with the Company’s solicitors and external consultants on due diligence for property transactions associated with projects.Keeps informed about land, grid, planning, and legal constraints.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of working as a land agent or in a land acquisition-based role.Educated to degree level (preferably in a property or related discipline).Full clean drivers’ license.If this looks like the role for you, feel free to contact Elanza Loedolff below. #####
