Land Manager

Comanos have partnered with an international leading renewable energy development company HQ’d in London. With a pipeline of over 5GW of opportunities across wind, solar and battery storage in the UK alone, they are looking for a Senior Land Manager to join their fast-growing team in Scotland.
The role:
Identifying, qualifying and securing land agreements to support the development of vast renewable energy projects.
Building on an existing network in the area, collaborating with stakeholders and relaying realistic feasibility.
Managing projects simultaneously across wind, solar and battery storage and prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Budgeting and negotiating contracts, terms and tender processes.
Required experience:
Degree educated in Land Surveying/Planning/similar.
RICS qualified.
Project management experience across renewable energy projects including solar, wind and/or BESS.
Track record for securing land for renewable energy projects that have commercial impact.
Passionate about renewable energy and customer orientated.
The package:
£65,000 - £75,000 DOE.
