Land & Planning Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned, social housing contractor based on the South Coast that have an excellent reputation in�delivering�both social and private developments across the South.

Due to continued growth they are currently seeking an experienced Land and Planning Manager to work alongside the current team and overseeing the finding, reviewing,�appraising and bidding for both private land led sites with partner councils/housing associations across the South.

The client are very open to what level individual joins the business as this a growing company with excellent progression opportunities for all individuals. However candidates must have at least 5 years experience working within Land & Planning for a house builder/contractor, must be well connected in the land agent market and must be based within an hours commute of the office in Fareham. Depending on the level of experience the client have stated they would be willing to pay anything up to �85k + package.
