Landscape Labourer

Time 4 Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Temporary Landscaping Labourer based in Monmouthshire working for a well-established, highly reputable landscaping company.

My client offers a range of services to domestic / residential clients including: hard and soft landscaping services, garden design and horticulture garden clearance, resin driveways and patios.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, Landscape gardener/ labourer (This opportunity could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate). Due to working on domestic / residential properties you will not require a CSCS card for this work

This is a very hands on role and experience of working within small gangs is essential.

You will required a full driving license for this role.

Key responsibilities will include not limited to:

• General Gardening and maintenance: remove weeds, debris and litter


• Patios: Laying Concrete Slabs – for patios, and driveways


• Driveways: Laying Resin driveways


• Planting: Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants


• Lawn care: Seed, sod, and maintain lawns


• Soil care: Use fertilizer to ensure soil is healthy


• Construction: Build fences, gazebos, decking, patios, and water features

Requirements for this role :

• Previous experience in landscape gardening preferred but not essential


• Physically fit


• Full driving license with own transport


• Be able to work efficiently on your own or in a small gang.  


• Able to operate ride on mowers


• Have a good eye for detail


• Have the ability to work in an organized manner


• Ensure all work is carried out safely.


• Strong communication skills


• No requirement for a CSCS

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly day rate in the region of £14.50 to £15 per hour.
