Working hours: 07:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday

About the role

As a Soft Landscaping Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of landscapers, ensuring the successful completion of projects to the highest standards. Your role will include planning and coordinating tasks, maintaining site safety, and ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.

Requirements

• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset


• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions


• A full valid UK driving licence and CSCS card is essential


• Planting and Turfing experience is preferred


• Ideally need experienced Team Leaders who have prior experience in a similar role and can take to the role immediately although they will shadow a team leader for a couple of weeks to get to know how we operate
