LANSA Support Analyst£55,000 - £60,000 p/annum + benefits Fully Remote You must already have SC Clearance, or be SC Clearable to be considered for this role! CPS Group are working exclusively with a well-established IT Consultancy who are looking to hire a LANSA Support Analyst to focus on Public Sector-focused projects. The role is working within the Production Support team and would suit an experienced technical engineer with a solid understanding of LANSA applications.As the LANSA Support Analyst, you will be focusing on 3rd Line incident and problem management, Service Requests, and Change Requests for my clients internal stakeholders and external clients.Carrying out incident and problem management within LANSA applicationsMust develop detailed assessments for changes that you proposePrompt escalation of problems, issues, and risks as necessary.Playing an active part in process improvement, awareness of, and compliance with all relevant quality processes and procedures.Use Visual LANSA and interactive SQL to examine data analysisConstantly liaise with clients and stakeholders providing application support and insightSkills / Experience:Experienced in 2nd/3rd Line Support rolesTechnical understanding of supporting LANSA applicationsIdeally exposure to AS/400 applications such as HR Data, Payroll, and PayGrantsHave used tools such as Visual LANSA, IBM 5250 emulators, and interactive SQLIf interested, please submit your CV to: ##### to discuss the finer details of the role and company with you.
