We’re working with an award-winning large format digital print company based in Leeds as they search for a Production Manager to oversee their workshop. This senior role is ideal for a driven and enthusiastic individual looking to grow with a successful business.
This is a full-time and permanent position working day shifts, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process, from artwork to dispatch, ensuring smooth workflow management.
\n
• Lead and manage the production team, including scheduling, holiday planning, and shift patterns.
\n
• Maintain stock control, oversee ordering processes, and manage goods in and out.
\n
• Ensure all machinery is well-maintained and that health & safety standards are upheld.
\n
• Liaise with customers both in person and over the phone to maintain strong client relationships.
\n
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high-quality standards.
\n

Key Requirements:

\n
• Experienced up to management level in a print production environment, within a large format print business
\n
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and RIP software.
\n
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
\n
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• A proactive team player who can follow instructions while using initiative.
\n

Salary & Benefits
Salary up to £38k based on experience, plus 25 days holidays Bank Holidays (rising with service), on site parking, company pension, and other benefits.
