Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Swadlincote for experienced Las er Machine Operative to join their expanding team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
Our client is a division of Europes largest manufacturer within their industry and due to expansion, its never been a better time to join their friendly team. Our client is looking for one machine operative to work a consistent day shift and one machine operative to work a consistent night shift.

Laser Machine Operative Benefits; £13.50-£14.11 per hour
Afternoon shift Monday to Thursday 2pm-10:30pm &Friday 2-8pm
24 days holiday per year + bank holidays after 12 weeks
Paid overtime after 37.5 hours weekly overtime 1.33 & weekend overtime 1.5

Laser Machine Operative Job Details; Daily maintenance of machinery and pre-use checks
Use of production software
Fibre Laser operation
FLT Operation
Checking parts against drawings and segregating cut parts into correct packs
Read and follow drawings
Weekly machine clean downs

Laser Machine Operative Person Specification; Bystronic Laser experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail is essential
Ability to use basic computer functions and the use of measuring equipment such as micrometre/Vernier calliper
Ability to read technical drawings is desirable but not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate
