Job DescriptionInteresting opportunity for an experienced Investment Funds lawyer to join a leading US Law Firm3+ PQEFull spectrum of Investment Funds matters.Great team culture.We represent a full service law firm with a strong London presence and a significant global network.The TeamThe client’s Investment Funds team offers interesting and complex work in a collegiate environment. They have extensive experience assisting fund sponsors and investors across the Americas, Asia, Europe and Africa in finding innovative solutions to the challenges they face, and their clients include the full spectrum of investment funds.The RoleThis is a growth role with career progression on offer.This role will have you advising fund managers on the structuring, establishment and launch of private funds within a wide range of sectors. This would include private equity, infrastructure, hedge, and hybrid funds.
