💰 Rate: £32-£35 per hour

Are you a dedicated and experienced Social Worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? We have an exciting opportunity for a Progressed Social Worker to join our Adult Learning Disability Team!

✨ About the Role:

Our team supports adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives while accessing the social care services they need. This is a specialist service working closely with the Partnership NHS Trust 🤝.

🔹 Hybrid working - 2 office days per week, with home working & visits in the locality.
🔹 Work with individuals with complex health & forensic needs requiring skilled interventions.
🔹 Be part of a supportive & experienced team of professionals, many of whom have been with the service long-term.
🔹 No two days are the same! Enjoy a dynamic and rewarding role.

✅ About You:

✔ Qualified & Progressed Social Worker, registered with Social Work England 🎓.
✔ Previous experience with adults with learning disabilities is prefer#####
✔ Strong skills i#####trong data-#####t="1424" data-end="1476">person-centred planning & managing complex cases.
