My client is a globally renowned coffeehouse chain with ambitious growth plans throughout the UK.Job Purpose and MissionLead a select team of acquisition surveyors to achieve new store targets across the UK, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth for company-owned stores.Guide your team in opening stores that reflect our brand vision and provide exceptional customer experiences. Manage relationships with growth partners and agents to secure commercial agreements.Key Responsibilities1. Oversee the new store opening program.2. Build and maintain a strong growth pipeline through relationships.3. Secure approvals for new locations.4. Lead a team to meet store and commercial targets.5. Negotiate advantageous leases.6. Ensure high standards in store openings.7. Meet key financial benchmarks.8. Manage external consultants effectively.9. Influence team performance to meet KPIs.10. Contribute to strategic planning.11. Use performance management tools for site selection.12. Assist in the Portfolio Review Process.13.
