About the Company: Our client has almost 3000 sites across the UK and Europe, committed to providing a great outdoor experience to their loyal customer base.
Purpose of Job: The Lead Architectural Technician will provide technical support as part of the Estates Department's Development Team on projects from inception to completion. This includes the creation of design concepts, technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities also include producing associated documentation, as-built drawings, involvement in design changes, and offering design support to other departments as necessary.
