The Lead Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for our projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will lead a team of business analysts and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of business solutions that meet organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.Analyze and prioritize business requirements based on strategic objectives and stakeholder needs.Develop comprehensive business requirements documents, use cases, and user stories.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including executives, managers, and end-users.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure stakeholder buy-in.Team Leadership:Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on achieving project goals.Solution Design and Validation:Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to design business solutions that meet requirements.Validate proposed solutions against business requirements and objectives.Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to solution design and implementation.Documentation and Reporting:Document business processes, workflows, and requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.Prepare and present project status reports, business cases, and other documentation to stakeholders and project teams.Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the business analysis function.Implement best practices and standards for business analysis across projects and initiatives.Provide input into strategic planning and decision-making processes based on business analysis insights.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing projects.Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Azure DevOps.• Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus.Key Competencies:• Leadership and team management• Stakeholder management and communication• Requirements gathering and analysis• Solution design and validation• Documentation and reporting• Continuous improvement and innovation
