Responsibilities: As a Consultant Practitioner, you will:
Provide effective leadership, fostering the professional development of your team.
Work collaboratively with the IFA Registered Manager and Assistant Team Manager to oversee daily operations, including the duty system and Out-of-Hours rota.
Maintain accurate enquiry and placement data.
Build strong relationships with partner agencies, including Together for Families, Children Looked After, and Adoption & Permanence Services, to deliver timely and well-coordinated services.
