The Role: Join our clients Data Solutions as a pivotal leader in project and service delivery for their premier client accounts. This role demands a proactive, dynamic self-starter with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a consulting role. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing advanced client-side data strategies, securing continuous revenue, and identifying innovative business opportunities. Your expertise in consulting will be crucial in advancing our business and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management skills Build and maintain collaborative, positive relationships with clients, serving as a key consultant in data solutions. Direct communication and strategy across accounts. Develop and implement data strategies and roadmaps for Data Solutions projects, ensuring substantial client value. Engage with new and existing stakeholders within client organizations to enhance overall relationships. Actively scout and identify new business opportunities for Group. Guarantee the continuity and expansion of existing Data Solutions work. Data & Insights Leadership skills Offer expert consulting advice by analyzing client data, using insights to formulate and execute data strategies and roadmaps. Perform comprehensive business analysis and requirements gathering. Spearhead data solution projects and services, aligning them with client goals. Develop customer-focused solutions based on a deep understanding of client requirements, in collaboration with Solutions Architects. Collaborate with other Account Leads to standardize and enhance delivery methodologies. Project Planning Expertise Create, manage, and communicate detailed, client-centric project plans. Assist in the prioritization of project initiatives to align with client objectives. Conduct regular project reporting both to clients and within Group. Ensure project delivery aligns with and surpasses client requirements. Oversee teams responsible for delivering projects and services to clients. Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a consulting role, specifically with a focus on data strategy. Strong background in account management with a consultative approach. Proven expertise in project management, tailored to client-specific needs. Skilled in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. Ability to independently drive business growth and client success as a dynamic and proactive professional. Location: A hybrid working model based out of the London Office.
