Lead Consultant - Power Platform

Job Title: Lead Consultant - Power Platform Career Level - E Introduction to role: Join us as a Lead Consultant, where you will be responsible for driving the Citizen Developer Centre for Enablement (C4E). This role is focused on enabling colleagues to leverage the tools and platforms across WES to unlock business value faster through self-service. You will be involved in all aspects of planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions, often working closely with third-party suppliers. You will also provide recommendations on enhancements, monitor performance, and support the maintenance of deployed solutions. Accountabilities: As a Lead Consultant, you will work with project teams to ensure effective interoperability of services and technologies. You will assure alignment of solution designs with AstraZeneca standards, policies, and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. You will drive the adoption of key Office 365 product and service within the organization. You will also identify automation opportunities with other teams in the organization and present and document a summary of findings to key stakeholders. Essential Skills/Experience: Good Business knowledge on Office 365 product and services (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power App) Ability to analyze processes and identify the most fit-for-purpose technology solutions Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication skill Strong presentation skills to present solutions to key stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to independently overcome obstacles and resolve complex problems When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
