Opus People Solutions on Behalf of Suffolk County Council have an exciting Opportunity for a Lead Coordinator in thier EHCP reviews Team.
Job Title: Lead Coordinator (EHCP/ reviews)
Length of assignment: 3 Months with the possibility to be extended
Hours per week: 37 hours
Hourly rate: £ 350 per day Umbrella
Location: West Suffolk House / hybrid
Remote/Office based: Hybrid working with 1 day week in office if possible,
attend team meetings in person once month.
In this role you will;

• Provide expert supervision to coordinators and plan writers, ensuring high-quality case management.
• Oversee complex cases, offering guidance and support where needed.
• Assist families and settings with inquiries, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
• Support in investigating complaints, offering solutions and improvements.
• Work alongside the manager to ensure that area data is managed efficiently and in line with statutory requirements.
