Are you an experienced Data Developer, seeking an opportunity to lead a centre of excellence within a marketing leading Property Consultancy? If so, we're looking for a Lead Data Developer to join our team!Bidwells is currently undergoing a data transformation, and we are seeking an exceptional individual to join us on this journey. It's an exciting time for our company, and our Lead Data Developer plays a crucial role in shaping our business's future success.As the Lead Data Developer, you will play a pivotal role in gathering, organising, and analysing statistical data to empower colleagues and clients with insightful reports for informed decision-making. Initially, you'll be responsible for the technical aspects of our data warehouse, including developing process models and ensuring data accuracy and quality. Your responsibilities will also include establishing and leading a new "Data Centre of Excellence (CoE)" to educate and support end-users in utilising data analytics, visualisation tools, and if interested, our AI/GPT-focused platforms. Moreover, you'll take the helm of the Data & AI Research & Development stream, identifying novel tools for diverse use cases and conducting competitor analysis to maintain our competitive edge. Your overarching objective will be to oversee Data ensuring optimal performance and integration into our IT infrastructure.
