They are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join their team.A retail company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join their team!ROLE:Working on personalisation of the customer journey on end-to-end machine learning projectsWorking with Python, SQL, Databricks and GCP/AzureOperating closely with a high-calibre team and various stakeholders in the businessBuilding predictive, segmentation and personalisation-based models with a focus on retail driven customer analyticsManaging one other Data ScientistREQUIREMENTS:Minimum of MSc in a STEM subject e.g. Mathematics, Statistics or Computer ScienceExperience in personalisation, segmentation with a focus on CRMRetail experience is a bonusExperience with PySpark/Azure/Databricks is a bonusExperience of managementNEXT STEPS:If this role looks of interest, please reach out to Joseph Gregory.
