Are you a skilled Dental Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our friendly team at Belfast Total Orthodontics (part of Bupa Dental Care)! This full-time role is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of a permanent role afterward.

🗓 Start Date: July/August (allowing a two-month handover with the current Lead Nurse)

Located on Antrim Road in North Belfast, our practice has been providing orthodontics in the local area for over 20 years.
There’s free on-street parking in front of the practice, on Antrim Road, from 9.30am to 3.30pm and plenty in nearby side streets too. There’s easy access to the city centre via the bus route on Antrim Road, and York Road railway station is one mile away.

Lead Dental Nurse skills and experience:

• Confident leading a team


• GDC Registered


• Preferred Dentally experience


• Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits


• Oversee reception and staff rotas


• Update patient records


• Set up decontamination of instruments


• Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists


• Undertake some reception duties


• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus


• Strong communication skills


• Provide excellent patient care
