About the Role: Our esteemed client is seeking a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their dedicated team in Fareham. This is a static role, where you'll be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team.
  • Perform PPM's and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide reports as required.
  • Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

About You:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within an FM environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
