This partnership allows us to offer complete end-to-end packaging lines.The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and multi-skilled service engineer with an electrical focus. You'll be responsible for providing expert engineering support to our customers, both in the UK and internationally.Responsibilities:Install and maintain SIPA packaging equipment.Oversee the successful integration and maintenance of SIPA packaging lines.Lead a team of regional field service engineers.Provide technical expertise and support to customers.Collaborate with internal and external teams globally.What You'll Gain:Extensive Training: Receive specialised training directly from SIPA in Italy.Career Development: Gain valuable experience with cutting-edge packaging technology and opportunity to manage a team.Travel Opportunities: Explore different factories and locations across the UK and internationally.The Ideal Candidate:Multi skilled field service engineer with an electrical bias and experience in the Food, Beverage, Pharma, Beauty, Personal Care sectors.Previous engineering experience with packaging technologies, specifically blow moulding, filling equipment, palletisers, de-palletisers, and PLCs.Educated to BTEC or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.A reliable and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.A problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet.Willingness to travel and stay overnight and occasional weekends in the UK and internationally.Benefits:Competitive Basic Salary in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)Additional performance bonus.Company VehicleHotels and expenses coveredWeekend overtime
