Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Engineer/Supervisor to join their team in Tiverton. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take the lead in overseeing engineering operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of their facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of engineers, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities across the site.
Provide technical support and guidance to the team, with a focus on electrical or mechanical systems based on your expertise.
Participate in the call-out rota, with frequency dependent on your bias (Electrical: 1 in 4 weeks, Mechanical: 1 in 3 weeks).
Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
Experience with steam boilers is advantageous, though full training will be provided after the probationary period.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Additional Information: A pool vehicle is provided for call-out duties, though it cannot be used for personal use or commuting.
Competitive salary ranging between £41,000 and £45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
