What You Will Do:

• Create class-leading 3D assets and visualisations that enhance and build upon the overall user experience.
• Streamline workflow from concept through to delivery, improving existing 3D practices.
• Collaborate with wider design teams to ensure a consistent narrative and cohesive design approach.
• Act as a deputy to UI/UX Design Managers, leading and mentoring Junior Designers.
• Present regularly to Design Directors and wider stakeholders, effectively selling your design vision and ideas.
• Work closely with a network of stakeholders, including UX Design, Interior Design, and Marketing, to develop creative solutions and build good relationships.

What You Will Bring:

• Proficiency in Adobe CS and 3D tools such as VRED, Blender, or Keyshot.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and sell ideas coherently to senior stakeholders.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to interpret briefs and devise creative, usable, and unique experiences.
• Significant experience as a Visualisation Designer/Artist, ideally with some knowledge of UI design and UX practices.
