Having seen tremendous success in their first few years they are now expanding their team and hiring across AI, engineering and tech. As a business they build GenAI / LLM / RAG systems for customers across the space, robotics and defence industries. Working as part of the AI team you will help build robust and scalable applications with some big names - collaborating with AI engineers and leading large-scale technical deployments from inception through to productisation, ensuring their scalability. THE ROLEYou will be:Work closely with the Founding team, alongside 20+ AI experts to build complex GenAI products for customersAs the Lead you will take ownership over the entire software and architecture life-cycleSKILLS AND EXPERTISEYou must have:Significant experience in leading large-scale deployments from inception through to productisationExperience in delivering robust and scalable solutionsStrong experience with Python for complex backend systemsCloud (AWS preferred)React/Vue.js on the front-endDevOps experience, managing stacks on AWS or GCPThe ability to get security clearance (if not already cleared)BSc, MSc or PhD in a STEM disciplineSALARYIn this role you could earn up to 120,000 + benefits.HOW TO APPLYTo be considered for this opportunity, please submit your details using the Apply button on this page.
