A Java Technical Lead with expertise in Java development is urgently needed for a leading consultancy organisation. This role involves taking ownership of technical solutions for major client accounts undergoing technology transformations, with extensive scope for growth. You will be an integral member of the team, providing expert advisory services and support to clients, including knowledge transfer and mentoring of less experienced team members. You will have a solid track record in Java Development, with experience in delivering complex solutions for enterprise-level clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Take ownership of the design, development, and maintenance of applications using Java, JavaScript, React, and cloud platforms like AWS. While your primary focus will be on providing technical direction, you will remain hands-on with the technology about 20% of the time.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead in both consulting and non-consulting roles.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Cloud Experience AWS or other cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP
• Further knowledge across JavaScript, React, NodeJS
• Experience with cloud platforms and moving APIs into cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
