Lead Java Developer

A leading UK fashion Retailer is looking to hire a Technical Lead Developer to join a talented Product Team for their customer loyalty programme.As a Technical Lead, your focus will be to support and guide the cross-functional development team to translate product ideas into development projects and successfully deliver scalable solutions. The projects will be a blend of building greenfield services and enhancements to existing services (refactoring, migration to cloud, improving automation). Working closely with the Product Manager, you will advise the product team to understand the technical complexity of potential improvements and support with capacity planning within the team.Day rate: 650-750 INSIDE IR35Location: 1-2x per Week in LondonDuration: 6monthsExperience:Senior Engineering Experience (5+ years) in Java using Spring Boot FrameworkExperience with Front-end technologies such as React or AngularProven experience of leading, supporting and mentoring a Development teamDesirable experience in improving or building a loyalty program/productsDesirable experience with SAP Commerce/SAP Hybris Desirable experience working within fashion/retail You'll be working for one of the top UK high-street brands, somewhere you are valued and inspired to do the best work of your career.
