My client seeks enthusiastic Software Developers to join the growing development team, where collaboratively they solve interesting and challenging technical problems, developing high quality, low latency, performant software. Most of the code base is in Java, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself dealing with some Python or JavaScript here and there. They pride themselves on doing things properly rather than just paying lip-service to best practice!Every Friday afternoon is set aside for personal development/Training. They also have a healthy budget for conferences and training.Core skills/experience for the Lead Java Developer role:A good understanding of how to write clean, efficient, well tested code. A keenness to learn and to work in a highly collaborative environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
