• Lead with Innovation: Pioneer and integrate emerging technologies across our product lines.
• Drive Best Practices: Set and adopt industry-leading software engineering principles.
• Shape Strategy: Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define and execute strategic visions.
• Enable High Availability: Design for scale, stability, and security, embedding solutions that support our mission-critical services.
• Support & Mentor: Provide advanced support, coach and grow our engineering community, and attract top talent.
• Champion Collaboration: Engage cross-functional teams with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack to ensure seamless communication and development flow.

Tech Stack:

• Languages & Frameworks: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Batch.
• Database Management: Skilled in SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, with strong tuning and patching experience.
• Cloud & API Development: Cloud architecture and microservices, RESTful API design with Swagger, OpenAPI.
• Testing & CI/CD: Master of Continuous Integration/Delivery with tools like JUnit, Jasmine, and Cucumber for TDD & BDD.
• Security & High Availability: Adept in OWASP principles, failover management, and mitigating infrastructure risks.
