Lead Java Developer - Hampshire/Hybrid - up to £95K
Halian is currently supporting an innovative and award-winning FinTech organisation in Hampshire who are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of Java-based applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Requirements: 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Java.
Strong expertise in Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.
Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams.
Location: Aldershot/Hybrid Salary: up to £95K Benefits:Bonus & 15% Pension | Healthcare | 25 days leave plus BH | 35 hour week
