The Role
As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the mechanical integrity, maintenance, and performance of designated power stations, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation. You will provide technical leadership, oversee major overhauls and contracts, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Collaborating with operations, maintenance teams, and external suppliers, you will drive continuous improvement, manage engineering risks, and support long-term asset strategies.
