Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Lead Mobile Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.



We are looking for an Lead Mobile Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.



As the Lead Mobile Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.



The Lead Mobile Engineer, will be responsible for:




  • Overseeing reactive and planned works.

  • Providing first line technical support

  • Managing planned & reactive maintenance works to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met

  • Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out effectively, efficiently and safely

  • Providing technical and hands on support for the rest of the engineering team (we have 4 other engineers in the region).

  • Carrying out allocated PPM and reactive works

  • Managing subcontractors, SSoW and review RAMS

  • Planing and resource small works projects and source parts/materials

  • Maintaining site statutory compliance files

  • Working closely with FM and client teams

  • Attending client meetings as and when required

  • Updating site logs and produce written reports



To be successful for this Lead Mobile Engineer role you must have:




  • Recognised Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC qualifications and apprenticeship - C&G, HNC/HND etc

  • City and Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulation

  • Experience of managing a team of engineers (desirable)

  • Sound working knowledge of HVAC Plant: AHU's, FCU's, Pumps, Motors, Chillers, Lighting, UPS, Generators and BMS etc

  • Knowledge of H&S policy and procedures-IOSH/NEBOSH (preferable)

  • You will be required to join the out of hours rota and an on call allowance will be paid for this. 

  • Good leadership skills

  • Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance
